Losing 20 KGs with PCOS
Before becoming an ISSA certified nutritionist & fitness coach, I also went through a major transformation. From losing 20 KGs to reversing PCOS, I’ve been through a lot in my teen years. I had to face a lot living with PCOS and understanding how to reduce fat at the same time. During this period, I overcame binge eating, improved my deteriorating body health, increased muscle mass, and much more.
